Presenting at TLUG
This page is a work in progress.
TLUG technical meetings run on presentations, lightning talks, and demos from members — people like you. You don’t need to be an expert or a polished speaker: our meetings are small and casual, and first-time presenters are very welcome.
What we’re looking for
- Presentations (20–40 minutes) — a deeper dive into a topic: Linux, free/open source software, hardware, networking, or anything the community would find interesting.
- Lightning talks (~5 minutes) — a quick show-and-tell: a tool you like, a problem you solved, a project you’re hacking on.
- Demos — show something running; no slides required.
Talks may be given in English or Japanese.
How to submit
Watch the meetings page — when a Call for Presenters is open it is announced there and on the mailing list. To propose a talk, send a short description (title, rough length, language) to the mailing list.
